Shah Rukh Khan is worried about Indian hockey.

Shah Rukh Khan, an ardent lover of Indian national sport hockey, is worried about the snub given to hockey players by the sport’s federation.

As many of you would know by now, Indian hockey players are protesting over non-payment of dues and bonus. In fact, some reports suggest that the players didn’t show up for morning practice on Friday to express their protest over the humiliating treatment meted to them.

“I feel awful for the Indian hockey team who play for the country. It’s a national sport and players have to ask for salary. No doubt we complain that we don’t win gold,” SRK tweeted a few hours ago.
Actress Gul Panag also joined King Khan and rued the condition of the hockey team.
“Sad that our hockey team has to constantly fight for its dues - and not just financial. Whereas cricket…,” she posted.
Movie baron Pritish Nandy too is upset with the way the players are being treated.
“I feel sad for our hockey players. India has won eight Olympic golds and one World Cup in hockey and we now treat them as beggars,” he said.

Pamela Anderson’s kids unaware of her sexy image.

Former “Baywatch” star Pamela Anderson says her sons have no idea about her sexy image because they are not interested in seeing her movies and TV shows.
“They’ve never seen ‘Baywatch’, I want them to watch it but they’re not interested. ‘Baywatch’ isn’t on right now where I am and they saw little parts in ‘Borat’ but that’s about all they’ve seen,” Pamela was quoted as saying by contactmusic.com
Anderson, who became notorious for a sex tape she did with her children’s father, drummer Tommy Lee, believes that Brandon, 13, and Dylan, 12, will eventually realise their parents’ image. But she isn’t worried.
The 42-year-old star said: “They know I’m at school with the neon vest parking cars and doing safety patrol. Obviously, they’ve grown up with me and they know there are paparazzi. They’re not going to be shocked one day about anything about their father or I but it’s going to come naturally.”

Bipasha loves birthdays but John does not

Bollywood beauty Bipasha Basu, who turned 31 this month and enjoyed every bit of attention on her birthday Jan 7, says she is completely different from her model-turned-actor beau John Abraham who ‘runs the other way when it comes to cutting cakes’.

‘John runs the other way when it comes to cutting cakes. I spent my whole birthday cutting cakes with different groups of family members and friends. I couldn’t take all the calls and SMSes. But I answered all of them on the day after my birthday.

‘This was my first birthday in Delhi. I was born in Delhi and have special links with it. So when I got a chance to be in the capital for my birthday I grabbed it.’

‘It was the Auto Expo and as you know John loves anything on wheels, but hates birthdays. So he was just happy being around some of the best cars in the world.’

At 36, Hrithik Roshan still Bollywood’s ‘Greek god’

Greek god, perfectionist, electrifying, the adjectives people use for Hrithik Roshan are aplenty as the actor completes a decade in the industry and turns 36 Sunday.
While he became an overnight star with ‘Kaho Na Pyaar Hain’, his career has indeed been a roller coaster ride. He starred in Khalid Mohammed’s ‘Fiza’ but it failed to repeat the success of his debut film. Later Subhash Ghai’s ‘Yaadein’, Yash Raj Films’ ‘Mujhse Dosti Karoge!’, Arjun Sablok’s ‘Na Tum Jaano Na Hum’ and Vikram Bhatt’s ‘Aap Mujhe Achche Lagne Lage’ failed to make an impact at the box office and were declared flops.

But he bounced back with the super successful ‘Koi…Mil Gaya’ in 2003 where he played a mentally disabled young man. It was the highest grosser of the year and won him many awards.

After just a cameo last year in Zoya Akhtar’s ‘Luck By Chance’, the actor will be seen in the much-awaited ‘Kites’ in May.

Described as a truly international film, ‘Kites’ tells the story of a young con-man who lives life in Las Vegas, always ready to make fast money in any way possible.

‘Kites’ is being touted as the biggest film of the year.

‘I am desperately waiting for ‘Kites’. I love Hrithik and I think he is nothing less than a greek god,’ said Stuti Sharma, a 21-year-old fan.
